2nd 787-10, 1st with GE engines takes flight this morning

ZC036 (LN 548, N548ZC) took it's first flight this morning from Boeing's Charleston facility.  This is the second 787-10 to enter the flight test program and the first -10 to fly with GE GEnx-1B engines.  It took off this morning as BOE036 and should fly for about 3 to 4 hours.  I expect Boeing to conduct a couple of more flights depending on how today's first flight goes and then to ferry ZC036 to Boeing Field to join ZC001 in the flight test program.

Boeing third and final test flight aircraft, ZC002 is still undergoing final assembly and should roll out soon to begin ground tests prior to first flight which I believe should take place next month.
